The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-3 business days. But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term.
International shipping

📍 DELIVERY: We use USPS, UPS Worldwide Saver, Ukrposhta and DHL
– You receive a unique REAL-TIME TRACKING NUMBER when your purchase is on its way.
– International shipments might be delayed for various reasons. If nothing arrived or the product was damaged in the process, you’re entitled to another delivery.and to the rest of the world - DHL only.
Regular International Shipping: orders may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. We cannot expedited international shipping or speed up the transit time/customs clearance process. We do not guarantee actual delivery dates.
Delivery to USA will take at least 1 week.
Exchanges & replacements
We hope you absolutely love every single product we send you. But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.
EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made, and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package. Items must be in new condition and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made, or clearance items.
REPLACEMENTS
If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we'll happily replace the personalized item for you. We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved due to buyer error.
