We use is Crazy Horse (Full Grain leather). It is typical to have markings for this type of leather but they will fade away over time. This speciality makes items look vintage and luxurious. Each item is handmade by professional craftsmen and is a product of the greatest quality.
ORDER PREPARATION
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is up to 3 business days. But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term.

No refunds are available on personalized items. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages must be reported within 14 business days of delivery date. No exceptions.
